2026 Department Convention

Proposed Bylaw Amendments & Resolutions

Welcome to the official document repository for proposed resolutions and bylaw amendments to be considered during the 2026 Department Convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Oregon.

Delegates, Posts, Districts, and members are encouraged to review these materials prior to Convention to assist with informed discussion and action during business sessions.

Copies of these materials will also be made available to registered attendees during the Convention.


Proposed Oregon State Bylaw Amendments

The proposed Oregon State bylaw amendments include organizational and administrative proposals submitted in accordance with the Department Bylaws. These amendments are being distributed in advance of Convention to provide Posts and delegates sufficient opportunity for review and consideration prior to floor action.

Some proposals may include supporting documentation, maps, statistical information, or explanatory materials attached separately for informational purposes.
