Per the National Membership Program, to qualify for All-American, Departments and Posts must have a fundraiser and donate to Veterans & Military Support (VMS).  A
$100 minimum from Posts is required to qualify. 

Donations made to VMS will be updated on the Dashboard on a monthly basis. For example, if you made a donation during the month of June to VMS, Dashboard will
reflect this after the first week of July.
