| 1) 15 Jan 2025 1805 pm VFW 2848 meeting.
2) The Stitchers quilt group from Kawana Community Care donated a quilt to all Veterans at a December 2025 meeting.
3) 3 Patriot Pens Entries First place gets $150 2nd place gets $100 3rd place gets $50.
4) 1st place $250 2nd place $150 3rd place $100.
5) 100 percent award steamer flag earned for VFW.
6) Post funds $7411.81.
7) Service Officer 2 Veterans in need of help. Nick (VSO) will pay their membership for one year. One Vet needs $612 for rent and another will owe $1700 and lives paycheck to paycheck.
8) Donor of $100 for Voice of Democracy. So the winner got $350.
9) Hutch Grant talks
10) 15 February at Eagles 2144 Chili cookoff.
11) VFW website for Post 2848: $420 a year.
12) 1k fun run 14 June 2026 four businesses donated $400 each for the event.
