Description
Received phone call from city of Monroe asking if we were available to come open our storage closet at the Legion Hall where we hold our meetings. Upon arrival we met with Benton County Sheriffs Eugene Police and City of Monroe publics works director. A bomb threat had been posted at the Legion Hall two days in a row. Authorities had a bomb sniffing dog go over the building and surrounding area to give the all clear. Afterward we watched several hours of footage at the request of authorities to see if we could identify the person responsible for the note.
